The Transactional Attorney will lead the transactional-based legal efforts that make it possible for Life.Church to carry out its mission throughout the world. This role is primarily responsible for contract execution for the organization. This role will review and analyze submitted contracts and will draft new contracts as necessary. The Transactional Attorney will also shepherd the legal aspects of real estate transactions. This role will manage intellectual property rights and compliance, contribute to the analysis of data privacy matters impacting our organization internationally, and assist with providing risk and liability assessments on a broad range of ministry activities and subject areas. The Transactional Attorney is responsible for collaborating with their CTL to cast vision, provide direction, and lead ministry efforts within their area of influence to outcomes that further Life.Church‘s mission and reach people for Christ.
